Founder & President
Formerly of the Hertz Corporation and founder of ABRAMS CONSULTING GROUP, Neil has become the leading specialized expert to the auto rental industry and is frequently quoted by media sources and conducts lectures on the status of the auto rental and travel industry. Mr. Abrams holds an MBA from Bernard Baruch Grad. School of Business

JULIAN ESPIRITU
Managing Partner
Julian joined ACG in January 2009, bringing over 30 years of experience in the auto rental and CarSharing industry. As one of the founding executives of Zipcar, he played a pivotal role in pioneering the CarSharing concept in the United States and helped establish it as a LEED-accredited program. He was instrumental in introducing CarSharing and other mobility services to state and local governments, educational institutions, developers, and mass transit agencies worldwide. In addition, Julian serves on the advisory board of several startup companies, including Flexter, Endrive, and Rexalto.

GEOFF CORBETT
Managing Director
Geoff was formerly the C.E.O. of Avis Rent A Car U.K. from 1982 to 1987 and the President and C.O.O. of ANC Rental Corporation – International from 1997-1999. During his time with ANC, he orchestrated a successful acquisition of Euro Dollar Plc, the concurrent integration of Alamo Europe, and the creation of the industry’s first multi-branded auto-rental organization in Europe. Prior to returning to Europe in 1996, Corbett had a nine-year assignment in the U.S.A., as Executive Vice President with National Car Rental working closely with Jay Alix and Partners on the successful financial turnaround of National Rent A Car. Before joining the National System, Corbett served as Managing Director for AVIS, U.K., during which time he was part of the senior management team, which launched Avis Europe on the London Stock Exchange.

KAIJI KIRIYA
Managing Director
Kaiji has over 30 years of multi-faceted auto rental experience throughout the Asia Pacific Region. He spent 27 years with Nippon Rent A Car, formerly Hertz and presently National Rent A Car master licensee, Kiriya formed IBC CORPORATION, an auto rental consultancy based in Tokyo. Additionally, Kiriya has been operating a local market rental company in downtown Tokyo for many years.
